This product allows you to gauge the financial risk you will be assuming if you enter into a lease with your applicant. This product gives you a general idea of an applicant's financial history based upon the credit bureau's credit risk score. This credit risk score is the nationwide standard in credit risk assessment and is used by mortgage lenders, auto lenders and major financial institutions across the country.
