In addition to date and state of issuance, we cross reference SSN information to ensure detection of false or fraudulent activity: SSN mismatches with credit bureau number, SSN issued within past 6 months, SSN held by a deceased person or issued prior to applicants date of birth, or SSN invalid.
Consent-Based Social Security Number Verification
With your applicant’s signed consent, RHR can guarantee the validity of the Social Security Number provided by comparing it directly to the Social Security Administration’s records.
